"Super nice staffs with excellent services.
We booked a beachfront villa which has an amazing view and jst a few steps to a very clear crystal beach.
Our family stayed the whole time in the villa to enjoy and relax. We canceled trips to visit elsewhere since we really love everything in the village.
Highly recommend 👍"

"The property was excellent and near the cable car ride to Hong Thom. The rooms were clean and nice and the pool was great and big. It’s also next to the beach so you have swim options. However the night market near by doesn’t give much option and neither is there much to do outside of the resort. The breakfast dining was food but lunch and dinner at the resort is actually quite bad. Meats were chewy and dinner option at the buffet was not much for the $900k dong that you pay. We tried the...

"Staff was extremely friendly and polite. The resort is very beautiful and clean. Plenty of pool option to choose where you want to swim. The beach was clean and sandy and not too deep, you can walk 50 meters out and the water is still not over your head"

"Was such a lovely stay, free bus shuttle from and to airport made things less stressful. Free shuttles to all Vinpearl and Grandworld also made budgeting really easy as did not have to pay for transportation. Was like staying in your own home but more

"First of all, staff is very kind and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. Room was also nice.
However..
The overall experience wasn’t good. Traveling as a couple I would not recommend - it reminds me too much of a mediocre all inclusive resort. If you have kids then maybe.
Breakfast is a battlefield. Kids all over, people coughing on the food, guests taking things by hand instead of using the food tong etc. The vibe is just awful and not at all

and clean but not pretentious. The staff are all friendly and don’t try to sell you extras. The food quality is high end at a reasonable price. It’s far from the airport so get the shuttle. Better value that other hotels in Phu Quoc. Highly recommended! We will be returning."

"we stayed 3 nights with Family of 2 small Kids. Excellent stay. Room was big enough & clean. very big swimming pool with private beach. nice roof top Bar .
There is night Market just opposite of the Hotel. opened till 2am. plenty of Local foods / shopping options"

"We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is beautiful and it's right next to the beach. What else can you ask for? Breakfast was delicious with so many varieties from Western to several Asian countries. The hotel is near the local attractions and transportation to the area attractions are free. They also provide free airport transport. We recommend this hotel and would come back again next visit. "

"The hotel was beautiful and in a wonderful location. It was very quiet. We stayed in one of the rooms by the beach and the view was spectacular, especially of the sunsets each day.
Service was a bit slow in the restaurant but breakfast was self serve and well stocked.
