They were easily able to accommodate a room set up request, and the staff and food (and views of course!) in the great room are unparalleled. Despite already having high expectations as we have been wowed at LBL before, the staff still managed to exceed them. The Spa area that was added a few years back is also a great addition that we tried this time - and treatment from Jordyn was amazing!
