"We had such a wonderful time at El Ben! It was our first visit, and we're already dreaming of returning. The hotel itself is adorable, but the true highlight was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, they were consistently helpful, kind, and always available. What really impressed us was how they greeted us by name immediately – it made us feel so welcome, like regulars! The food at the restaurant was also a standout; we enjoyed the most delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout our entire stay. The bartenders were equally friendly and always happy to see us. A huge thank you to the entire El Ben team, especially the manager, receptionists, captain, chef, and bartenders. "The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are nice, it has a nice gym area, and a pool area as well. The attached restaurant had really good food. There is nothing to do around the hotel. We walked a couple miles in each direction and it's just construction and homes. Nothing to do. So it seems it is just a nice hotel if you plan to go to the islands the next day. "
