"The room was spotless but the windows were filthy. The decor was very dated, like 80's, but that didn't bother me. I was just going to sleep there. Bed relatively comfy and LOTS of channels on the TV. I did not use the coffee maker; thought I'd drink the lobby coffee instead so the maid wouldn't have to clean the coffee maker. The lobby coffee was like sludge at 8 am, undrinkable so I went to McDonald's. No big deal but now I wish I had made coffee in my room. The only negative was that...

When I tried to show them my receipt, they said it would be okay and they would contact Expedia. Told us it was because we booked too far in advance we were having these issues.
