. When we arrived, we were given a room that faced the parking lot and you had to walk all the way around to get to the green area. We asked to switch rooms but was told that since we booked online with Orbitz he wouldn’t help us. We checked out early and went elsewhere. Bed was horribly uncomfortable and no coffee anywhere-not even in the morning."

"I like the rooms, comfortable, clean. I’m usually there for 3 days at a time. Other customers set 2 large bags of garbage outside their doors and the trash stayed there for over 2 days, untouched by staff. Check out I waited 10+mins for help at counter, because of her kids riding bicycle in hotel."

Parking was easy, the pool and hot tub area was great for our family, and breakfast was a good included amenity. The location is close to the caves park, and a reasonable drive to visit Dubuque and Davenport."
