"My wife and I had a wonderful four days at the hotel. The staff (Madeline, Dillon and Brandon) should be commended for making us feel like it was our private resort. The hotel is in an incredible setting- so close to the downtown yet it feels like you are in your own ecosystem with nature.
The pool, patio, food were all wonderful. Our suite was very unique and comfortable- just a bit dated but otherwise no issues.
We would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"Hotel San Bada was in a great location, had all the luxuries we needed, and the staff was fantastic. Pools were beautiful with sightings of iguanas. "My family and I had an amazing time at Encantada. The place was so quaint and cozy and we felt very welcomed. My kids loved the pool and the easy beach access. They also loved the 2 resident cats on the property. Our meals were some of the best we've had in Costa Rica, especially the whole fried red snapper at dinner time. Would definitely come back!"

"We stayed in the honeymoon suite and booked a beach picnic for our special proposal. Lamia the owner was onsite and APPEARED TO BE very helpful.
The hotel was nice until the first of many power outages occurred. On our first day there the power went out 6 times. Additionally, the shower was not working and also had a broken lighting fixture. When the shower did work it was basically a trickle. The owner let me use another room to shower but once again the water pressure was only a trickle.
