Bayshore Resort
10/10 Excellent
"With this being our first trip to Michigan from PA, we could not have been happier with the accommodations provided by Bayshore Resort! From the complimentary breakfast every morning to the complimentary shuttle service, everything was absolutely perfect! We look forward to our next visit with you!"
"Pros- Nice central location , most everything in downtown TC is in walking distance, comfortable bed and clean room.
Cons - seemed understaffed and those who were present didn't seem to enjoy their jobs, you can tell it's an older hotel, several amenities either not functional (hot tub, Internet) or slightly off as to be noticeable/annoying (key card, toilet seat, closet door, elevator), expensive compared to other places in the area."
"I booked this room on our way to Traverse City. I had never booked through Hotels.com but the process was easy and smooth.
Check in was quick and efficient while still getting all the information necessary.
Our room was clean and we had housekeeping service every day, which was the first time we've encountered this since Covid.
The pool and hit tub area was also clean. Previous reviews complained about the pool being too cold but i thought it was about average.
We really enjoyed the adjoining restaurant and bar. They offered a 4 hour long Happy Hour daily. Their menu was quite varied and prices were typical of the area. It is definitely frequented by the locals, especially on Wednesday- trivia night! "
"We loved this hotel and the convenience of not having to travel to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Bonus points for having Starbuck's coffee in the room. The boxed breakfasts were nice, although it would be nice to substitute some items. We will definitely come back again."
"Margie who was in charge of the breakfast are was amazingly helpful answering questions we had about the local wineries and interesting tourist areas around the city and countryside. We enjoyed our stay very much."
"The Beach Haus was amazing! Kevon at the front desk was super kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The beach access was close, clean, and plenty of seating. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning. The cookies every evening was a great touch as well! "
