"Not far from most attractions but a bit off the beaten path. A really nice, newer, safe hotel with excellent service and better prices than most comparable hotels in the area. I highly recommend!"
"This is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. This is the first year the hotel offered breakfast, which was a typical variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The staff has always been so very warm and friendly. There are several great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as it is on the outskirts of the University csmpus. It is an excellent property and very reasonably priced. "
"Geared towards longer-term stays and reminded me of a dorm, but it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We just needed a place for one night and would stay again for sure. 12 min drive to downtown."
"Taylor at the front desk was absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made our check-in process seamless and provided exceptional service throughout. A great first impression of the hotel."
Residence Inn by Marriott Syracuse Downtown at Armory Square
10/10 Excellent
"Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. "
