"This was my first time in Gunma and i cant believe how luckily i got with this stay. Nice, relaxing stay plus they had bikes so i could explore the area and really enjoy the country side. I liked too that the bathroom had a window i could open and view the nice scenary while taking a hot shower. The owner is a really kind guy that is there to ensure you are having a good time and is always open for a nice conversation. I will definitely be staying here each time im in Gunma and i recommend it...

"This was a great experience to enjoy a hot springs Ryokan the staff was very detail oriented and very friendly. Dinner was an amazing experience. Had a private onsen in the room and spent much time in there at night listening to the light rain and enjoying the hot water relax and heal my body."

"Hotel is okay from a room/cleaniness. Check-in was a problem with both hotels.com and the actual check-in. Hotels.com doesn't handle international travel well as they didn't put in that the room we chose was double occupancy. It's not in our receipt which is telling me that it probably got lost in the email to the hotel. It's in the app but apparently that wasn't relayed to the hotel. When we checked in, the reception said it was for single occupancy although we paid the double rate already...
