"After initially been allocated a Courtyard room, that we were not happy with, on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay we were offered another room within the main hotel that was a different experience altogether. Space, furnishings and soundproofing all seemed much better, and on a par with previous visits.The facilities in the Hotel, and within the grounds provide plenty to do for families or those wanting to just relax. "Not our first time and not our last at the Woodland lodges. Great deal for families or groups. Lodge is roomy and well maintained. In the heart of Aviemore, easy to walk the strip. Had great weather so walked everyday.
