Great pool and beautiful building. Loved the daily free champagne and snacks. The only thing not beyond expectations was the shower. A fine bath shower combo, but not as nice as we’d expect from a two Michelin star hotel.
Excellent hotel with great service. We were taken aback by the time limit at the pool, especially since we were the only ones there and we never actually got in the pool, but we also understand that many high end hotels have such a limit in South Korea. It just felt a bit strange to get kicked out when we were just sitting on a chair. Otherwise, if being limited to an hour at the pool isn't an issue for you, I would highly recommend this hotel. Everything else was perfect.
Six star hotel. We loved this place and sad to check out. We are from Georgia, USA and generally blown away with Busan and the Haeundae area. The hotel was top notch, my 5 yo son loved the pool, kid friendly, we felt welcomed. Great energy here and you can feel the happiness from everyone including fellow guests and staff. We really enjoyed our stay at Anook. The hotel has a very modern, stylish design, and we especially appreciated all the thoughtful details, the drinking-water fountains, pleasant scents in the hallways and in the rooms, complimentary ice cream after the spa, and the beautiful bathtub & shower in our room.

I loved this hotel! They were super kind and helpful. I thought it was so kind they would give us local recommendations and offered to call us a cab. They spoke english and were able to store our luggage before/after check out. The place itself was very clean and loved the bath tub. This hotel is right next to Jagalchi market so it can be kind of fishy but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Perfect for us to go to BIFF Square, Jagalchi, Gamcheon and Songdo cable cars.
Great lodging experience. As an American traveler, the shower was different from home, but I recognize that is due to visiting a hotel on the other side of the world, and not a shortcoming. I had an excellent experience. The location was adjacent from the Busan train station, which was very convenient. However, if you want to go to the popular beaches, you will need to arrange transportation.
