"We left a day earlier. Food first night was excellent then it went down hill afterwards. Lack of information about the area from the staff. Rooms large but bath stained and chipped.Breakfast was terrible. No food left on Sunday morning with an hour before closing. No orange juice or menu. TVs don't work.... complained 4 times. Another couple also staying 3 nights had the same issue. No-one bothered to tell us they didn't work. If you want to visit Pacific harbour stay at the pearl resort. Pool...

Staff very friendly and owner Mr Praneel is very approachable. Made the stay very comfortable. Also have free upgrade to sea view bure roo.

Korean restaurant on the top is a big bonus. As a business hotel it is ok not to have a pool or a gym, but really, no internet (to speak of) is not ok. This is not because it is unavailable (aforementioned Korean restaurant has great signal even when they are closed, expert hack, and you can even pull from the Tanoa hotel...
