Beautiful topography. Lots of hiking available. Lots to see. I liked that is was much more quiet and calm than Los Cristianos. That city is too much of a party town. This area suited me well. Will come back for more.

"Nice rooms, small enough but all you need. Had a nice one with direct access to the pool from the balcony. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Lovely pools and entertainment was grand. Location was great. Parking on site was a few euro per day but no spaces when we checked in so I parked on the road nearby. No problem getting a space nearby for the rest of the stay. Activities on site were great (tennis, crazy golf, football pitch, volleyball, basketball) all included. The high ropes were not working at the time of the stay. Food in the restaurant was really nice and high quality but a couple of times the grilled chicken was not fully cooked. I think the chefs cooking in front of people queueing made them feel they needed to serve it too early. Snack bars were dotted around and good too. Drinks were good. Only down side was the cockroaches. A nightly round of searching under the beds. Usually would find at least one, worst evening was 3. Also quite a few around the bar area in the evenings. May be the location, but other hotels we stayed in on this trip didn't have the same issue (or maybe at least they had some level of containment as the only cockroaches found were already dead or dying). Not much around the area if you want to venture out without a car, apart from a lidl a couple of shops by the beach and the fantastic views of Los Gigantes down the road. Great place to explore the island from by car otherwise stay on site and enjoy the all inclusive."
"Pro's...
The hotel is perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The balconies all face out towards the sea so the views are amazing. The pool is the right temperature and very clean. We had breakfast included and that was plentiful and much variation for a small hotel. Special praise though to the staff, from management, reception, bar staff to the cleaners and maintenance guys. Everyone greeted you with a smile and a Hola 😁

"Have been going to Ona El Marques for a number of years now. Lovely complex and have recently had some refurbishments such as new restaurant and reception area. Gives the complex a much fresher and modern look. The apartments are nice but are in need up some updating, especially the bathrooms, would be nice to have walk in shower. However we thoroughly enjoy our stay each year. "
