"We had a great time. Heather kept our room clean and was a very thoughtful person. We enjoyed our time with her. The only issue we had (and it did not involve Heather) was while we were preparing to leave by the 11:00 deadline. Although the privacy door hanger was hanging on our door and I was taking some of our luggage to the car, housekeeping knocked once, immediately opened the door, and caught my wife naked as she was about to enter the bathroom to take a shower. Needless to say, this upset my wife so much that I had to stay with her until she was completely ready before I could take the rest of our belongings to our car. "

"Absolutely loved my stay at Hyatt Regency Birmingham. It has everything in relatively close proximity for convenience and the staff there were so warm and welcoming, the rooms were nice and clean. To top it off, the hotel is attached to a mall and that’s like two experiences in one. I would definitely recommend 🙌"
