We had to request a room change from the first room we had been assigned. The room looked like it had not been cleaned and likely not dusted in who knows how many days. "About 10 minutes after getting in the indoor pool we were told to get out because of weather. Mind you in wasn't even raining. I called 2 other choice hotels in the area to inquire if theirs was closed and they said no. No popcorn or cookies as mentioned on their website. Smoke alarm went off twice after 9pm.
