"The Inn at Cocoa Beach is a privately-owned, one of a kind place that we are happy to have discovered in our Florida vacation. From check-in to check-out, everything was top-notch! Staff was very friendly, breakfasts were awesome, beach access (with chairs and umbrellas for borrowing) was as close as you can possible get, the pool was perfect, as was the hammock, shuffleboard and viewing deck for rocket launches. Wine and cheese at 5:00 each evening, and an honor-system bar that was one of the coolest things ever. Well-maintained and decorated, just off the main road - so access was easy... Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, too. There are also a pair of parrots that - if you're lucky - will say a couple of things. I actually got to hold one!
I can NOT say anything negative about this place, and my wife and I definitely plan on staying there again when we're down that way.

"We had a few hicups but Katie took care of them for us!!! I do think it should be free parking for people staying over night. Seems like just trying to make a buck. Also if you don’t want people buying the breakfast over the website then don’t offer it. I felt like when I was a kid getting free lunch in school everyone looking at us and we were treated differently for using it.
The hotel is nice however they were working on parts of it and it was nosiy. "

"This Days Inn is one of the best in the state! We have stayed here many times and always leave with a smile! The free breakfast is not cold continental food. It is both hot and cold - your choice. The sausage gravy and biscuits are as good as my grandma made!
The rooms are clean and everything works. It is not fancy but it is comfortable and restful!"
