Very busy as it is a destination for people over the holidays to see the holiday decor and particularly the real gingerbread house in the lobby. The rooms were very clean and functional. Staff and service were outstanding, even in such a busy holiday environment. The hotel is relatively close to about everything, and right on the cable car routes. Would definitely stay here again. "
