Amazing Snowgeese, Trumpeter Swans, Eagles. Incredible scenery. Enjoyed Padilla Bay Preserve; many restaurants & shops. Had Skagit's Own Fish Market's delicious lobster roll & fried oyster sandwiches to go; smoked salmon to take home. We'll be back!

Good
Lots of road work going around. Lots of shopping and grocery stores. Old Burlington is nice with great cafes and an amazing shoe store (Stowe's). Just a nice old fashioned small town.

Excellent
Very easy to access the highway and the local national park. In addition, there's a Costco within walking distance, a mall, and a lot of dining options nearby. There's also two options within 1 mile.

Great little town didn't get to explore much but the neighboring areas are quite interesting
"PERFECT PLACE for parents or visitors of enlisted sailors at Whidbey. This place is 7 minutes from base and it is charming and comfortable. the staff are sweet and helpful and the place really is lovely. For those coming to see wildlife and such, it is so close to everything while feeling removed enough to be soooo relaxing. Skyler, who works at the front, is so kind and helpful, and housekeeping is pleasant and warm. The bed was so comfy that i passed right out after arriving. Thank you for taking care of me @Auld Holland Inn!"
