The staff was super friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The Francis is located close to everything we needed. I loved sitting by the fire with my wife reading. There was space to park and we walked almost everywhere we went. We look forward to staying again.
We picked Atlantic Ocean Suites because it was so close to the beach and we wanted to have a kitchen/refrigerator, etc. to prepare some of our own meals. It was very comfortable for our family of four (two adults and two teens ages 13 and 15). The staff were super helpful with getting us checked in and using the app for room access. We utilized their beach chairs, towels and umbrellas whenever we hung at the beach. Boogie boards were also available. So close to the Pier and downtown activities....

The property was very clean. I loved the quick access to the beach and having an indoor pool was also a plus. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I also liked that it was away from all the crowds. We will definitely be back and I would definitely stay here again.

We originally had a room with a view of the parking lot. The owner I believe offered us an ocean view which we were very pleased with. We did have to pay a little more but it was well worth it. We stayed here approximately five years ago and were pleasantly surprised that the rooms had been upgraded. The bed was a little squishy. My husband has a bad back so that was a little uncomfortable.
