"Welcoming staff that let you in on the local Hotspots. Michelle with management was absolutely wonderful.
Plenty of parking with so much to do like shopping on the property. Warm and inviting decor that invites you to step back in time and appreciate all the historic value they have to offer. Reindeers on the property! Sasquatch too. Movies, pool table, bocce ball, fire pits, and the World. Don't forget ice cream every night for such a wonderful experience. "
"Everything about our stay was amazing, from the staff, room, amenities. The only one thing I had a problem with is we ate at the restaurant every day and continuously ordered the same menu items but the quantity wasn’t consistent. On one particular dinner experience my son literally only had 2 broccoli crowns and 3 carrot slices for his mixed vegetables with his salmon but the other two nights the same meal came with 5 broccoli crowns, tons of carrots and sliced onions. But I didn’t complain at the time because the flavor was very delicious and staff was amazing. Also I know they’re thinking about doing away with sofa beds but I really wish they would reconsider because that was truly the deciding factor in my decision to stay there. Thanks"

"The room attendants weren’t cleaning rooms daily. On days they were dumping trash from room they didn’t make the bed. Even though the schedule was pointed the do’s were not all done. The staff was very helpful and kind."
