Specially, I had several complications with my far-flung adventure, trying to organize it from the other side of the word and not knowing Egyptian. Staff handled everything from airport and train transfers, meals, accessibility issues, and tours. For me, this was a trip of a lifetime. There were many problems that could have wrecked it, and Pyramids Valley foresaw these complications and had solved them before I ever knew they existed! I had a wonderful time! "I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. "
