"Nice property at 5km from Medina (Marrakech), but can use some works. Good thing was that they were doing it and I think there's big potential for the future, because villa's were very spacious and well equiped and prices are OK.
Service was very good and personnel is very friendly and helpfull and this from poolboy to roomcleaning and in the restaurant and at the counter. This was really a plus. Thank you for that.

"The riad is outside the city with a drive to the center taking around 15min and no services in walking distance. With that said the hotel itself was really nice and the pool is a big plus. The staff was very supportive and friendly."

There was constant Repair work happening the whole time we were there so constant noise from the Machines and the Workmen there. But the staff were very nice. Very helpful, very friendly and considering what they had to go through 2 weeks previous I can't complain too much about the noise and repair works. 1. The room was absolutely massive. Haven’t stayed in a bigger room. There were two bathrooms in the room and a very generous size balcony
2. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help out
3. Very near to a mall with a big carrefour and other food outlets like kfc and Burger King
4. No issues finding a taxi near the property.
5. The property was decorated to a very high standard.
6. Convenient and only 5 minutes drive...

We appreciated the seamless airport pickup, and that they helped arrange a tour of the Medina for us. They were especially accommodating to the kids too - the kids felt like royalty! We would love to stay at The Oberoi again."

"I spent one night at this riad and it was a good experience. Super friendly and helpful staff and the place was easy to find (which is not always typical for the riads in the medina). My room was great, super comfortable bed. It’s was very clean although there was some hair from someone else on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was ok, not the dreamy Marocko breakfast that I had hoped for with pancakes, eggs etc but more of a continental style with jams, bread, cream cheese and a little fruit....

"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."

It was comfortable and quiet though which is great.

Tables are dirty in dining area and in bedroom but otherwise it’s a clean place.
Location is perfect but swimming pool is like ice water so impossible to use. No one used the pool during our stay and all the guests complained about it. "
