We traveled with our 2-year-old daughter, and while we spent our days exploring Hue, returning to the hotel felt like coming back to paradise. We enjoyed several meals on-site, and the service from the staff was consistently warm and welcoming. We stayed for three nights and were genuinely sad to leave. The small details made a big difference — lush gardens, hand-painted walls in our room and ensuite, and thoughtful touches throughout the property. "I had my sister and brother in law with me and my elderly sister couldn't get into the pool. No steps to get into or get out of the pool,only ladder. Staff and room friendly and nice."
