"The staff was so kind and the property looks on the beautiful cliffs of Madeira. We loved being able to use the Galosol pool, this was definitely a highlight. There are many restaurants within walking distance and parking is very inexpensive and easy in front. Nice to be away from the city but still close to visit as needed, would recommend for a relaxing stay!"

Felt a bit like a very large room in an institution! Bathroom sliding door needed repair and the shower was a trickle. Dirty seal on shower too. Felt it could be an amazing hotel given its layout and gardens but not sure what it would be like when busy. There were very few guests when we were there but the many, many loungers round the pool...
