"Overall Radisson Residence is a very convenient option for family stay. Rooms are well equipped, staff is competent and friendly, very responsive.
Overall cleanness is good.
Something to improve: In our room we had shower system and drainage issues ( partly resolved after hotel tech visit). I requested quiet room ( travelled with elderly parents on medical visit) but the room was in front of staff storage room, overlooking the heavy traffic highway, plus the heating and conditioning system...

"This would have been in the past an excellent hotel. Its location is great with a Bosphorus prime view and ferry terminal right outside. The Spanish Embassy is located across the road. It has large dining capability 24h room service and conference capability which is sadly under used. The result is that it has slipped behind in terms of quality of furnishings and service. Needs better TV and channels and improvements to room. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay."

area was lovely and club lounge was good. Rooms were very clean and our house keeper Nilofour was very good. She was always so sweet and cleaned out very nicely!! Only thing is that hotel is a little far from town and too many cats about otherwise overall very good. "
