"The front of hotel crew — the gentleman assisting with the street check in — luggage, directions to park, and assistance with making a u-turn on a downtown Memphis street — was cheerful and a great ambassador for the hotel. The receptionist was great in covering all the details — and was helpful again the next morning with the coffee bar. Such good cheer from them both! The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. Can easily say, “give this quiet gem a try!”"

"WOW! this place is beautiful. Check in was easy and very welcoming. Our room was spotless and so well appointed. And every detail was there. There are lights outside each guest room and they were carried over into the lighting on the casino floor. Everyone was kind and helpful"
