From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. "You literally get what you pay for.
It's a brand new hotel, but still a budget hotel.
The staff whilst are lovely and friendly are so clueless as to what is going on.
You walk into a grand entrance with an automated grand piano then it's all downhill from there.
There are no credit card facilities, and then are empty show rooms just doing nothing. Presumably waiting to get fitted.

"Upon arrival nobody will help us they sending everybody home due to a typhoon no receptionist place was so dirty looks like a ghost town no security I feel so unsafe end up look for another place to stay it was terrible experience especially I’ve been trying to connect with customer support at Expedia no help me to I for uncontrollable situations they should give consideration to reimbursed the it was a terrible experience already on our end I think Expedia should check or update the resort they...

"It is the perfect location especially if you prefer a quiet place to chill with family. The grounds are kept clean and beautiful, the staff are always ready to help and the view is fantastic. The restaurant serves amazing food at reasonable prices too. Five stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
