On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption.
Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night...

"The internet didnt work the entire time. Staff kept making the excuses. I have the videos of it as well. They gave us standard room which was on higher floor and way better than the premium one i booked. They never cared to give us the money difference back since we ended up opting for a standard room. "

Lake Dal is only a 3 minute walk down the road. A short walk in the opposite direction allows you to see the breathtaking views of the snow capped mountain range above.
