Staff were extremely helpful & polite.
Pool was excellent for young families with a shallow end.
We stayed with our 4 & 1 year old and they loved the pool.
Room was nice & modern but bathroom needed to have a deep clean in the corners of shower from build up. Shower heads were extremely powerful a little to hard coming from someone who likes pressure it was a little overbearing.

Excellent staff, large rooms, really good breakfasts. Nice and central to explore Thessaloniki and the Olympus Mountains that are close by. Right next to the sea. I would definitely recommend and return for another holiday."

"I’ve been staying at this hotel almost every year since it opened about 12 years ago. The service is excellent—from the staff handling the luggage, reception, housekeeping, and breakfast team to the amazing rooftop staff.
Katarina at the rooftop bar is the most professional person I’ve ever met. Her kindness and memory of returning guests truly make you feel special. She is a real asset to the hotel, and I hope to see her again when I return.

"A friend and I stayed at the Vanoro for only one night when flying into Thessaloniki. I wish had been longer!. Had a great stay in a truly wonderful 'boutique' hotel. I selected the Vanoro based on it's excellent location and reviews that I had read about it. The reviews were spot on. I particularly want to comment on the staff. The only negative aspect is that in the hotels we stay in Europe, we can sit with our dogs in the breakfast area and restaurant, but unfortunately it is not possible here. But apart from all these, the location, service and hygiene of the hotel are great…"
