We found the staff helpful and welcoming and we noticed their attention to details, for example we stayed two night and the forst night we came woth drinks and snacks and we filled up the bathroom bin with all the rubbish from the snacks so the next day when the staff cleaned the room we noticed that they had brought an extra bin and extra glasses.
