"Great hotel, great location.
Comfortable room, very nicely decorated and with a sense for details such as lavender soap in the bathroom :-)
Friendly and very helpful staff. And last not least - great breakfast. Be sure to book that too!
Sault is a lovely quiet village, yet offers everything you need as a tourist - shopping, restaurants, food and fuel. Great base for excursions in the area: Mount Ventoux, Gorges de la Nesque, lavender fields, Gorges du Toulourenc.
Bottom line: Could not have...

"We loved our time in this little town, away from all the tourists. Our host was so helpful and we truly enjoyed getting to know her! Breakfast was delicious and the 300 year old house was so beautifully updated. We appreciated that there was a room for all four of us too!"

"Book more than 1 night!
1. Location is about 10-15 minutes outside Aix-en-Provence in the rural vineyards. Setting looks like a postcard! It's an easy highway trip into town.
2. ARRIVE in the daylight and certainly in time to be met.
3. The breakfast was set up so beautifully for our family of 6 in a glass room just a few steps from the kitchen. It was March, but the lighting and warmth made it comfy. Larger variety of food and beverages.
4. Our room was HUGE, with a king bed, fireplace (not...

Most things up until checkout were lovely.
Roman was very friendly and helpful. The property is adorably charming. It’s a great hotel in the little water village. My husband and I enjoyed our time. The rooms are simple. It’s quiet. The food at the restaurant for dinner was very good. The pool was nice.
Breakfast was not fresh and the coffees were from a machine. We didn’t know the breakfast cost extra so that surprised us at the end. I’d recommend to confirm that with future guests on check...

"Our stay was wonderful. Mara and Jerome are amazing hosts, the property was even more beautiful than pictured, the service was exceptional, and the breakfast was very good (with homemade and local produce). I would 100% recommend to visit the Mas aux Cedres. "

"The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. The only disappointment was that the details indicated a restaurant was available on site but on arrival we were advised it was closed until mid-November. "

"Mas Séraphin is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts are very welcoming and the room so clean and well-presented. Lots of little touches like shared use of a fridge freezer, breakfast included, etc. helped make this a relaxing stay. The location is great for exploring Provence - from the beaux villages of Gordes, Loumarin, Roussillon to the lavender in Sault or flamingoes of the Camargue. Thanks for a great stay! "

"My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. This was our first trip to France and the staff made us feel welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable and the dining was exquisite. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel in the countryside."
