The buffet lunch and dinners were basically the same foods every day for both meals (and not very good), the snack bar offered terrible sandwiches with cold/old fries, and although its 'all-inclusive', there is an upcharge for a lot of things (for example, there's an appealing gelato station at the snack bar with 16 flavors of ice cream, but the only ice cream included in the all-inclusive is a tiny vanilla or strawberry frozen ice cream...

"Family trip to the island. The hotel was outdated and needed some updating. You had to pay extra for air conditioning and there wad only 1 washing machine for the whole hotel. The only nice thing was the view and close proximity to the beach."

"The place is nice but they have a perfume concentrate installed in the ac that was horrible, the perfume smell was so bad we had to turn off ac and open all doors and windows, I’ve understood that they will change to a milder smell but I don’t get why you ever want perfumed apartments. One ac did not work and the beds are very noisy. Aside from that it is a nice place, clean, great

The rooms were quite small for us as a family, but maybe we should have taken a bungalow. The rooms were though quite expensive for its low comfort. Food etc was ok. The hotel shows were great and the animations for adults (sport games) were so much fun too. We laughed so much..Mario, Francesco, Valerie etc were just awesome people. The hotel is not attached to any beach, which we usually like..but there was a waterpark....

- Much more prestige than 'Insotel Punta Prima resort'. This is a small area of the hotel. Prestige members are able to use the resort facilities but the resort customers are not able to use the prestige facilities.
