We made a reservation to stay in the room with a pool since August but it was already occupied, we were offered a different room with ocean view instead but was a bit small for the family.

"Just the tours wich they are very expensive and to be able to get a discount yo have to go to a meeting to check who has visa, mastercard or american express to invest 4000 dollar to be able to get a little discount on tours and other trips to the hotel and flights. Service on one bar they sayd i cant serve you till im done with inventory if not you can go and complaint at the lobby. I just left and didnt buy anything because it was a bar not includded in the hotel i felt like i was begging for...
