"Wonderful staff who were friendly, patient and helpful at all times. Great breakfast bar that caters for all tastes. Clean and tidy room that was a little too warm sometimes but you could open the window unlike some hotels. Overall excellent. "

"The staff at check in were polite and helpful. There's a convenience store off the lobby, nice to have that. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The very special thing this hotel has to offer is the excellent natural hot springs bath, free to hotel guests (not coed). If you are a hot springs fan like me, you should definitely stay here."
