"We had a lovely, large room overlooking the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful showing us where to hike and explaining the many different transportation options. They gave us two smart cards upon arrival that we used for access to numerous gondolas, cable cars and funiculars. Would highly recommend. "

"Bautiful architecture, large rooms and teraces with great vews. Furniture getting tired, rooms and corridors not cleaned regularly, the same dirt was there on the floors for the whole week of our stay. Breakfast not up to standard, but evening meals in La Muna and Sapori were fine. Outdoor pool was great. Staff very helpful, Lena from kids club took fantastic care of our doggy taking him for long walks everyday. "

"Perfect place for a family ski holiday! We were lucky to have our room ready at 11am already. Nice and friendly staff during check-in and great support to unpack and park the car.
