"New hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Location is out of the main Venice area, but you can take a water taxi to get to town. Room was comfortable, modern and clean, though a bit small. Breakfast buffet was amazing. "

My recommendation would be to be prepared for poor AC. The hotel staff may be able to provide a fan however. It was explained to me by the staff that property's staff that the AC is a unilateral AC unit which provides the same output to all rooms."

"The hotel is well situated with in walking distance of great restaurants and water taxis to take you through the canals. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were conducive to great sleep. We enjoyed the breakfast."
