The staff is really nice and helpful, the bedroom was big, perfectly soundproofed (so rare in SEA), full of light during the day and perfectly dark at night (also pretty rare in SEA). The bed was incredibly huge and comfortable, the pillow choice was perfect, and the linens smooth and soft. The other options we got to enjoy as Level guests were also unexpected and awesome : free fall wines, beers and canapés for tea time. The

We could not fault the hotel apart from the fact that it does get a little noisy outside which is out of their control. It gets quiet after midnight.
Room is spacious with a bath tub, there is no balcony which we did not mind anyway.
