First time travelling with our 4 month old so I forgot to put them on the reservation (that's on me for sure) but rather than an understanding, accommodating welcome, we were greeted with an dismissive, accusatory tone that I would not expect from a 5 star establishment that cost over R2000/night. They didn't set up a cot or...

"Lovely stay at 10 Bompas - the rooms are large spacious suites with separate lounge area. Very clean and great attention to detail. Lovely big shower/steam room.
Restaurant and food were very nice.
Four us hung out here all day whilst waiting for a safari to start the next day and it was perfectly chilled so didn’t need to leave. "
