"The surrounding area was not the best. Run down, closed businesses. The room was cozy and clean. The staff was friendly. There is also a nearby grassy area for your fury friends. There were strong laundry soap smells, incense, and the room smelled of bleech. If you're sensitive you may want to ask for a room not near the loby/laundry area."

One problem we did have was the 2nd day we were there. Our door wasn’t locking. We asked for someone to come. The handyman was sick, and the front desk attendant tried his best. "This hotel was great for our family for a baseball tournament. I loved having a full size fridge. Our room was warm, but they were able to reset the a/c and they also provided 2 fans. Also, smoke detector battery started beeping and they handled it very quickly. "
