Taos is amazing overall. Very unique, New Mexico vibe. Historic, gorgeous scenery, lots to do in nature, doing, hiking, flyfish, art, Native American culture and amazing local food. Nice people too. You won't find anything else like it on earth.

Taos is in itself quite an experience. The multi-cultural environment is worth the trip. I found great food in both upscale and hole-in-the-wall places. I loved the architecture. Spend time just driving around, sightseeing.

Taos is a very scenic town in Northern New Mexico. The Taos Pueblo is nearby, as is the Rio Grande Gorge. Taos is the home of Kit Carson, and had a turbulent history.

Taos is Taos. Rural-er version of Santa Fe. Centralized place for outdoorsy types. On this trip, we were heading into the Enchanted Circle.

Can't decide if Taos is quite as stunning as Moab, Utah. But definitely the most beautiful town I've been to in New Mexico.

Taos is gorgeous and I loved hiking and nature trails areas. Great people and nice restaurants.
"OTGH is wonderful. The room was delightful, spacious and nicely fitted. There was a private patio out the back and the front faced into a courtyard with a fountain. The breakfasts were all delicious - no options but different every day. Endless coffee helped! Location is on the edge of town but easy to get to anywhere. I will definitely return. N"
"I was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. The service, the hot tub and pool were awesome. The room had everything we needed, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, dishwasher and a cabinet stocked with dishes, glassware and silverware. Silverware. There was also a complete set of knives, a kitchen shears, easy access to ice and a text message received an instant response. I can't think of a single thing to say that was not positive. We will be back."
"It was very quiet and peaceful. There were only 8 rooms at this B and B, so the stay felt personable and special. The staff were very accommodating, knowledgeable about the area and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean."
"Beautiful views and gorgeous Inn. Wish I got to stay longer here. The attached bar and grill was fantastic and really enjoyed the bartender. Sirens were going off all night and while at a gas station down the road two men got into a fight. Learned that Taos is "technically" the most dangerous town in New Mexico so makes sense, lol. Would go back. "
