"Great hospitality, staff is lovely. Felt at home and always greeted with smiles. The beach and the corals are magical. Best in the region. Rooms are alright, no bad comments. My only negative comment would be about the food. While the food is good and the taste is ok, there's a certain bad taste in most of the fried food. I suspect it's from using low quality cooking oil. This is the only reason I can't stay in the hotel longer than a few days for the next time."

"Very polite personal; aggressive animation team at the beach. It is impossible to chill or sleep. Two or three times to coll for water Gym is ok, but 10 times with all members of the team..., we only used the pool after this. Meals and eating is fantastic, drinks too."

"We've originally booked a Superior room with garden view, which was a big disappointment. Very small terrace facing across the street to the neighboring Iberotel with a constant noise from external A/C units, and also from a washing machine (up to the 3rd floor through the airshaft, around 11pm). We've had to pay €20 extra per night for upgrade to the Family room with a larger terrace, facing the pool, which finally met our expectations. We were very happy with the
