"Really friendly and helpful staff who will cater for all your needs. We didn’t use the restaurant as there are so many local cafes nearby. Location is excellent as it’s within the old city and close to local sights and the metro for getting around."

Mostly like warm or cold, which wasn’t a problem in the heat of the summer but if you want a warm shower after a salty sea, might need to demand a place with a good working shower. The service was a bit slow, but once you ask and demand, they will deliver. "

"Baku is a city where modernity and history come together beautifully. It was truly an amazing experience, far beyond my expectations. I thought I would need a whole week to see the city, but I managed to explore so much in just one day. The hotel I stayed at was right in the city center, which helped me a lot. I would also love to try their spa services next time.

I have great respect Mr. Ruffat who helped me in upgrading my room and fixing minor issues in the room.
The restaurant in the hotel is also with par the hotel standards.

"We chose this hotel largely for the views and that did not disappoint. Unique property. Our view from the room however was basically a building wall. We came in late so when they asked if we would like our room serviced "today" the first day we said it wasn't necessary. But despite using the please service room sign the next 2 days the room was not tended. Had to ask for toilet paper and water at the desk several times. Also asked for towels but those were never replaced over the 5 days. Also...
