"We had a wonderful stay here! The pictures don’t do the hotel justice. It’s outside of Khao Lak centre which was perfect for us - easy to reach lots of amazing sights and local restaurants by taxi. The family rooms are huge and beautifully appointed with separate spaces for kids’ bunk beds and big balconies. The service was wonderful - especially in the main restaurant, at Rosalyn

The hotel has a really nice pool area as well and at the beach very close by there are a couple of nice restaurants. I also liked the glass (no plastic!) water bottles provided in the room."

. This was a bit confusing at first. We arranged a departure transfer to HKT and waited at our hotel lobby. It was not explained we should have waited next door at the Khaolak Bhandari Resort. The shuttle left early and without us. The one reception staff on site was at a loss. Manager was not on duty yet. Without the help of a local contract driver the replacement...

"Great hotel with lovely staff. We were lucky enough to have a great deal on a pool villa, which was amazing and highly recommend. Beautiful view of beach. Great breakfast. Beautiful beach right on the doorstep. Only small negative was beach bars were never open when they were advertised to be. Found it difficult to buy drinks when we wanted. Lots of free water around. Great to walk to shops and restaurants. Staff wonderful. "
