"The staff at the hotel is absolutely amazing and helpful. I arrived late at night due to a delayed flight. The hotel was already closed and only had night check in, the members of the staff were having dinner outside and they took the time to walk me to my room. To my delight, Mr. Bende and the Chef noticed I was tired and probably hungry, they took the time to prepare me food, which BTW was delicious. "We loved this hotel - it was close to everything - shops, dining, places of interests etc. Reception staff were lovely, friendly, polite and efficient. The hotel was clean and amenities and bed were comfortable. The gym was great. Parking was next door at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Graz. "
