Breakfast was underwhelming and the environment was scruffy with birds flying everywhere and fresh and old bird poo on the dining chairs that were old and uncomfortable.
The staff were pleasant.

"Amazing and I was very hesitant to stay here due to the mixed reviews but I am glad I did. Resort was secluded with few guests so the staff waited on us hand & foot. We booked a beautiful couples massage it was amazing. They had a shuttle to take you to Oistins Fish Fry & the beach. We booked excursions so we were on the resort mostly nights. Live music every night and it was incredible. This hotel sits next to Sam Lords Castle very historic and cool to see. Only one complaint- do not stay here...

"Excellent staff, everybody is so friendly. The restaurants, the pools and the beach are nice. The rooms are spacious. I did not gave 5 stars because my room had a leak from the ceiling and they did not bother to move me to another room. Also, the decoration and the furniture inside my room were pretty old style."
