Staff was so friendly and it was so convenient having breakfast available to me in the morning before class that included many options. Parking was super easy. The staff seemed to really care about me and my experience and always greeted me with a smile."

and first pet free. In lower part of Brooklyn near the water but lots of construction and cranes so can’t walk near the water. They don’t have parking but there is a bridge right across the street where you can park under and street parking. Breakfast was basic but didn’t expect much with the cost of rooms. "I didn't like the breakfast, offered acomodations for allergies (stated in website and menu) but it wasn't true. No options for gluten and dairy free, meals were pre-made.
Very small room, not enough space to store clothes, not even drawers.
Water in the shower was either too cold or too hot. Water in the faucet too strong and splashed around.
I liked the bed, and pillows very comfortable. Well located near metro and battery park. "

The Manhattan skyline at night is fantastic from the small park area outside the hotel or in the morning while having breakfast. There is also a playground which our son enjoyed right outside.
