"Alex at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! We booked this trip very last min and we had booked the hotel based on the pool closing time but when we arrived there was a “new pool hours” notice. Alex saw that we were disappointed by the closing time and offered us a late checkout so we could enjoy the pool before our departure. He was so nice and accommodating that it made us start looking future dates to stay again. The room was very nice and we loved the pool area with the pool bar and food service.
