"The hotel lobby was very welcoming, clean and very spacious with lots of little nooks to sit and relax or read. Dining room was open and inviting. The staff was friendly and super helpful (shout out to Carlissa for her help). Area was convenient and in walking distance to lots eateries, convention, arena and bay. Room was a bit dated but it was clean and nice. Would stay again in future."

"My daughter and I were in town for the Jin Concert for 3 days. The hotel was perfect in every way. It was so close to all the events we attended shopping and restaurants. The hotel breakfast is the best I have ever had in a hotel. Valet service was excellent friendly and very careful with my car. The front lobby staff was so kind helpful and always had a smile. We really enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel. Service was fast friendly and delicious.
Our room was cleaned and serviced very well.
