The issues we had was a June bug in my daughters bed and the shower showing signs of wear, thick chalk and signs of water damage. The hot water was at a scalding hot temperature and you had to make very minor adjustments to handles or you could get extreme very fast. The plus is it’s is

"1 night stay in the queen cabin with AC! 100+ degree temps had nothing on this cabin AC. I slept like a baby after a day in the sun at the pool. Restrooms were under construction so we used the bathroom facilities in a safari tent. Everything was clean and so aesthetic! Loved the pool & being on the property at sunset was gorgeous!! Will definitely be back in the future!"

"Nothing particular good or bad stood out, this offered most of what you'd expect from a mid-tier hotel. The rooms and grounds were clean overall and the breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods (including Texas-shaped waffles).
Two downsides were no microwave in the room and the room was never cleaned/towels exchanged during my stay (3 nights), but neither of those were a huge deal, and I'm sure if I asked for new towels I could have gotten some (but it was just me staying so I...

"Outstanding customer service! I felt welcomed and well taken care of by the front desk manager, who went above and beyond with requests and even some generous surprises! All of this she did solo, quickly and with a busy lobby full of guests.
My room was clean and comfortable, loved the secure gated parking area.
