and we enjoyed the spacious room. The area around was very nice, lots of dinning and shopping. It was also nice and quiet. I only thing that was an issue was the WiFi. I didn't connect to our laptop at all and connection was slow on the phones. "

"It does look a little tired on the outside, but the room was clean and bathroom updated. The bedroom furnishings could likewise use an update, but not bad. Despite their artist no smoking policy, the rom smelled a little like someone smoked in it. They have a nice outdoor park like setting and pool(it was closed for winter) The breakfast had a nice variety of options so that was good. "

There is a parking garage with abundant parking and it's located less than a mile from the train station for trips into DC without having to stay in DC. "Staff was so kind and friendly. The chef had come over to the desk to speak with the staff and while he was there he also was so kind. He offered us a specials menu and talked to us a few minutes. Then when we got to our room I had forgotten my son was originally not going to be with us. I had reserved a king sized bed only. Staff immediately found us a room with two queen beds. I mean my husband wasn’t even upstairs with the luggage yet and they already changed our room. Excellent experience....

"Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff did an excellent job! Our son's partner also rented a room...that was clean-ish, but it stank of cigarette smoke that hit you as soon as you opened the door. If it was previously a smoking allowed room, the drapery need to be professionally cleaned to rid the room of that smoke. Breakfast was great...would've loved to have seen the pre-packaged egg-white, spinach and tomato round more than once in our 5 day stay, it was delicious!...
